1. General
1.1 C-linked belongs to and is exploited by the organisation Christians Around the Globe (CATG) and is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under file number 09183730
1.2 C-linked is meant for persons who are looking for Christian professionals, organisations, vacancies in Christian organisations, communities or companies with a Christian employer. The emphasis lies on the Christian character of the site.
1.3 By joining C-linked you agree with our general terms and computer ethics.
1.4 C-linked reserves the right in all circumstances to change or extend these general terms
2. Please apply
2.1 C-linked is a professional networkplace that uses Christian values and norms, based on the Bible. Applying or becoming a member is and will be free of charge for everyone. There are no hidden costs.
2.2 Immediately after registering the settings will allow everybody to see your information. You are also findable in search machines. After registering you can make this information invisible to other is you wish.
3. Computer ethics
3.1 C-linked.com may not be used or be made used for unlawful deeds, and / or deeds that are contrary to the generally accepted values and norms. That means among other things:
- It is not allowed to blacken companies / organisations / professionals
- spreading of viruses
- getting into the site by false accounts
- sending spam
- criminal data traffic
- offensive statements (about faith)
- advertising for other networksites
- uploading of sexist / discriminating / insulting photos
3.2 Organisations or professionals that want to connect with organisations or professionals that they do not know, are guilty of sending spam. These organisations or professionals will be removed from the website by C-linked.com without further discussion.
3.3 You are considered to network with organisations and professionals that you know. It is not permitted to promote your own organisation or profile by trying to connect with for you unknown organisations or professionals. In that case C-linked will refer each complaint about spam to your organisation or to you as a professional. Therefore C-linked can never be held responsible by a third party for this kind of spam.
3.4 C-linked is not responsible for the actuality of your own profile data. You are yourself responsible for the correctness of your data.
3.5 It is permitted to use C-linked.com for advertising for your services and / or products; that is only possible on your own profile page(s). When you also want to advertise on other pages of C-linked.com, you can contact us; for extra advertising a rate is charged.
3.6 This website or part or this website may not be reproduced, copied, duplicated, sold, or anyhow commercially exploited without written consent of C-linked.com.
3.7 In case of taking unfair advantage or even abuse of the website C-linked reserves the right to end your membership immediately. C-linked.com decides whether the general terms of C-linked.com are broken. When you have a complaint about the identity of a company / organisation / professional on our website C-linked.com, you can mail to info@c-linked.com. Your complaint will be treated confidentially. When it is found that you have rightly complained, the company / organisation / professional you complained about will be removed from the website.
4. Responsiblity
4.1 C-linked sees to it that its websites are well secured. However, C-linked.com can never be made responsible for any damage to her members or visitors that is caused by insufficient security.
5. Circumstances beyond control
5.1 C-linked does not accept any responsiblity for shortcomings that are caused by circumstances we are nog responsible for, including damage by loss of data, by loss of profit, when the website or internet fails or is inaccessible, by leaking of confidential data and / or any other damage, be it financial or not, of a company or private person.
6. Rights of C-linked
6.1 C-linked.com reserves the right to refuse members that do not endorse the biblical norms and values or that harm the message of the Bible / gospel.
6.2 C-linked reserves the right to change the rates for placing vacancies, general terms and other things.
6.3 C-linked sends a newsletter several times a year, exclusively to those members that have given permission by indicating that in their profile. Everybody can any time check out from this service.
7. Prices and payment
7.1 Unless otherwise indicated all prices, rates and costs are exclusive of the required sales tax (in Dutch: BTW). Registering and becoming a member is and will be free of charge.
7.2 Unless otherwise agreed payment is done directly by iDeal or by Paypal.
7.3 In case you exceed the term of payment you get a reminder. When payment still does not come, interest will be charged on top of the required amount in conformity of the legal interest.
7.4 All costs, both judicial and the extrajudicial, that have to do with the collection of the money due and not in time paid, are for your account.
7.5 You have access to your account from the moment of checking in until the moment of checking out. You can check in or out on each moment of the year.
8. Confidential information
8.1 C-linked binds itself to keep all confidential information carefully and to keep it secret. Your data will never be given to a third party.
9. Concluding paragraph
9.1 These terms are applicable from the 1st of January 2011.
9.2 Any dispute with regard to these terms or which is linked with them should be brought before the Dutch court and only the Dutch text of these terms is binding. Only Dutch law applies to these terms.
